It stands in extensive, walled gardens bordered on one side by the medieval towers and the town walls of Conwy, built by King Edward I between 1283 and 1289.

Driving home from the airport I asked everyone in the car about their "bests" - you know, like best experience, best restaurant, etc. When I asked about "best" place we stayed, EVERYONE said, with no hesitation, Bryn Guest House! That was followed by, again unanimously, best place we visited: Conwy/Wales.
